The dress is all white and in Brand New Condition, Never Worn, and Tags are still atttached to the dress . The dress is a size 16W and can be altered down to a size 14 (at your own expense). I will throw in Brand New petty coat and Brand New matching Veil that is the excat same desihn of the dress, with all tags still attached. This dress was originally purchased for my wedding, however since I lost too much weight I can no longer fit the dress and have to purchase a new one.
